CHA completes its construction assistances at a primary school which is in Thirupalaukamam, Batticaloa. Even they have class rooms and talented children, they are facing problems to fulfill the educational needs as they don’t have enough teachers. This school showed high performance on year 5 scholarship examination in the past. But for the past few years they have to manage to maintain the achievements with the less no of teachers.
